School Is Over, But It dosnt mean I'll STOP writing

School is over. Many people think that it's summer vacation so they dont have to write anything, but the truth is writing is fun, it is also very inspiring and it teaches you many life long lessons. Even though it's summer vacation I will continune writing and reading. My teacher Mrs.J always told us that writing can be very interesting she also thought us that through fun. When I began 5th grade, I was afraid of many things especially reading, writing and math. But Mrs.J always belived in me, no matter how much I failed,, and that's somehting that I will neever forget. I am really sad that I am leaving 5th grade, and Lower School, coz I have been in this school since Pre-K. But I woont be sad coz many more adventours await in Middle School, and I will not miss them. Once Again I am VERY VERY thankful that I had a caring and kind teacher ike Mrs.J, and I think I will never have a good teacher as her. Thankyou Mrs.J for being the BEST!!!! teaher EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Map Testing

Today we had map testing. On my language usage I had the same score, but on my math I improved. I think that I got the same score on language usage because my computer kept on shutting down and I had no concentration. I think that I could've have done better. On the other hand, im proud of my math score, because when I first started 5th grade I was terrified on tests and I was SO SO shy that I NEVER WANTED TO SPEAK. I really think I did a good job, but tomorrow on my reading test im going to try to do EVEN better. :) :) :)

Kindness

I think its very important to be a caring person because if you are kind to other people they will be kind to you. It is also very important to be kind because it makes people feel better when they aren't in their best mood. In other words, it also helps yourself because deep down you feel very good. I showed that I was kind when I helped many people but most specifically when new people came to our school and I was helping them and hanging out with them. That really helped that new person because she was not afraid to speak out.

Exibition

Hello everyone,

Today I will tell you about the exhibition. We just had our ISB exhibition, and their are many opinions of it from me. I especially liked when we presented, because I have never been more confident in my life. Also I really like decorating my display board, it felt like a real real presentation. Not just something you do and its over, but something that really stays in your mind. Overall I liked the exhibition and I am not glad it is over because I wish that I could do it again.

Math Test

Today we had the unit 10 test and it was preety hard. On this test I did OK i thouight that I would do worst. Anyway the test was good but had many challenging questions. Overall I am happy with my result but will try to do better.

Shadow Play Performances

Today was one of the funnest days of school!!! we had shadow play performances!! at first I was SOOOO scared. ALSO jOVANA GOT SICK AND I TOOK OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first play I performed in was The Witches Trick. I really think that I was good, and the otheres because I had a couple hours to learn my lines.Afterall I give myself 85% in this play. I still hope that tomorrow I do it better. My other play, where I was Gretle I was much better. In that play I give myself about 96%. Anyway I REALLY ENJOYED!!!!!!!!!

Shadow Plays

Today we were watching shadow plays!!! I have seen all of them and I like them equally. I realized that this is very hard and it requires a lot of hard work, but I also learned a verz important message. I learned that you should never give up and always try harder. When I first had to act this out I kept on laughing but as I practiced I did it! Anyway I really enjoyed the shadow plays and I think they took a lot of time.

Exhibition Rotations

Today we had our exhibition rotations I really would want to talk to you about them but I cant cuz i missed half. So on the part that I was there I had a  lot of fun!!!! I truly enjoyed planning the exibition and talking about how we can take action. I am hoping that we finish all our tasks and actions untill our next meeting.

Visiters

Today we had a couple visiters  coming in and talking about of school to us. I really enjoyed talking to the visiters and explaining to them what is the purpose of SRC and our school. My favourite part was when the middle school high school and lower school were toghether, I cant wait till the next time I see them and talk to them. The only thing that I didnt like was that I did have any negative comments about our school or improvments

What To Wear

This is the second story that mrs.J read to us. It is also about a girl who got some beautiful cotton pjama, and thought that it was the most beautiful ever. But the girl didnt realize it was a pjama, to her a pjama was something like a dish. So the girl after never being in school came with the beautiful pijamas, but then everyone was laughing at her.

Eleven

Today  mrs.J read to us a book called 11. It is a book about a girl that everyone had predjudice on. It was a very sad and un predictable story about a girl who had the worst birthday ever thanks to a teacher, who made her wear a red sweaer that wasnt hers. I really like this story and even if it made my cry, I didnt. This story teaches people about predjudice and has a very powerfull message deep down.

Cracker

Today we read about Cracker. I really enjoyed this chapter because it was with the trophies. I think that the author is really writing this descriptivly and when Mrs.J is reading it to us I feel like i am there. Anyway I think that Rick will also get a trophy, and the other guys wont tease him anymore.

Exibition Rotations

Today was Monday, and moondays we havve our exibition groups. Katja Kaya and I were having a lot of fun!!! I also learned so so so sososssoo many things!!! at Mrs. Js table I have to admit I learned the most but I also learned from the other rotations. I truly cant wait to have the exhibition!

1Mentor Meeting

Guess what!!!! We just had our 1 mentor meeting!! it was amazing!! I had a lot of fun!!!!!! I cant wait to have mentor meeting 2 tomorrow but thats another story........!!!

CONFERENCES

Yesterday we had parent teacher conferences, except students were there. I was very happy that my mommy and my auntie were there. They were very happy and I was also. Mrs.J said that I am a very happy student and that I improved a lot from the beggining of the year. I also think that is true. The cinferences were very fun and I enjoyed them!!!!!!!

The Best Day Ever

Yesterday simething very awesome happened to me it all started likethis

There was 10 papparazzi men outside my door and I was freaked out!! the next thing I knew they were chasing us/!!! me and Andrea liked the fact that there were papparazzi people outside but after we didnt. When we heard that our dad was coming back to Belgrade from Germany where he was in the hospital we were so HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Later we went to  pick him up at the airport!!! I was once again the happiest person in the world <3

Exibition Roatations

Yesterday we were in our exibition groups, and it was very fun!!!!! Yesterday I learned so many things in each station and I was with my group. This time Katja was absent some and Kaya did the work. I really enjoy learning and the group CHILD ABUSE.

The Kindergarten Assembly

Hey!!!!

Today after  the grad e4 speaches we were on akindergarten assembly. I really enjoyed the assembly and I think everybody else did. Also I really liked their pictures they drew and that were on the walls. I am really glad that It was funny and fun!!!

Grade 4 Hero Speeches

Today after music we went to listen the grade 4 hero speaches, I really liked all of them but my favorute one was about Mother Teresa. I think that all fourth graders made eye contact  and made an excellent powerpiont. If I could rate all of the speaches I would give them all  a 10/10.

Exibition Rotations

Today we were roatating in our exibition groups.  Also today was the first time that all of us actually showed up!!! In easch station we were learneing about something new, fresh and different.I really liked all rotations and I kept on learning more and more. I am really glad that I had this opportunity, because If I havent have learned alll this my exibition project would suck.

Report Cards

Last Firday we got report cards!!!!! I was very suprised at how well I did. This Trimestar I improved a great deal and I hope I will keep on learning. My report card was very good, meaning that I had ME and even one EE. Iam very proud at myself.

Today we had a sub teacher, she was kind to us and read us many stories including Cracker.Even if Mrs. Wujcik didnt know how we do many things in the classroom we managed. Today ws a very buissy day but I had a lot of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What Happened this Week

Hello!!!,

Today is friday, and friday is the day to reflect over the week. Over the week I learned many new things. I even learned how to hold an SRC MEETING!!!! Today I also learned a lot about the exibition and its point if view, and when the teacher read us a story we learned many things from it. I think that over the week I learned more about grammer and spelling too. And even in math we  learned about fractions and mixed numbers. In Serbian class we learned all types of literature and I really enjoyed working out it. Well, today we are getting our report cards and I cant wait to see my improvement!!!!!!!

Today in class we saw our exibition groups, and I really like mine. I am looking forward to the exibition and I cant wait to get started with all the working and the presentations :). I also really like the title " Child Abuse" because its very interesting to study about it and you all ways learn something new.

Src Meeting

Hi!!!!!

Yesterday something very confusing happened to me. I was in charge of the src meeting!!!! can you believe it? at first I was very scared I didnt wanna talk but on the end it all turned out very well. I think that my ideas for Src Newspaper were very good. I thought at first that it was a very stupid idea but it all worked out fine :) I like SRC A LOT!!!!!! and I cant wait until our next meeting.

Mr.L

Today we met our new principle.Although it was a short time to meet him well enough we were able to learn a little bit about him. He definety has a good sense of humor and likes working with teachers and students. In my  opinion he is going to be a good Lower school principle but Im glad im going to middle school next year.

Exibition Reatreat

Yesterday and Today we went to a little fieldtrip and iot was fun!!!!! I learned so sos so much about the exibition, I even know what i am going to be doing!!!!!!!! This retreat was a very good way to learn aout the exibiton and when I was there at first I didnt know what they were talking about but the second day of the field trip I felt like I knew everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Confidence

Today we finished the book Confidence, it is a very good book and I would rate it 10/10. From this book i have learned a lot of things about friendship, I learned what a true friend is, what a bad friend is, and things like that!!!!!! I am very glad that Mrs.J read us this book becausse I enjoyed it,

Experiments and Demonstarations

Today in class we were disscussing the differences between experiments and demonstrations. The difference between it is, Experiments have steps, but demonstrations are just shown, and anyone can do them and get the same result.

My Birthday

Today is my birthday and I am very very very excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am celebrating my birthday in Germany here my dad is in the hospital :) The day just began so my birthday will be more fun when my dad comes to our hotel and some of my friends. I am very excited and happy about my birthday and I cant wait to open the presents !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Science Experiment

Today In class, We were showing and demonstrating our experiments and showing them to our classmatets. My experiment was Static Electricity, and I think I have done it well. I also liked my experiment because it was different from other ones and because it worked. At first I was very nerveous because I thought that is wasnt going to work but it turns out it did. :) I am very happy also at the way that everyone was listening while I was talking at how no one was talking at the same time!! I am very happy with myn experiment.

5A and 5B Ads

Yesterday in class we were looking eachothers ads. We didn't finish watching all of them but today we are going to. So far all the ads are great!!!! The reason im writing is, to make a little reflection on each one of them. First we saw the commercial made by Lana, Max, Nemanja and Marijn. Their ad was about juice. I found the ad very interesting and cool except that the jingle was too loud. Anyway, the second ad that we saw was made by 5B Fizzy Rawr, its like an energy drink. I think that that ad has no mistakes, I really enjoyed watching it. Now you probably already guessed which class made the next ad, ( 5A) It was my groups ad. Nadia, Stefan, Alex and I made this ad. It was about a car. I think that we did a good job but  I think that we would've had made our conversation a little  more realistic. The Final ad that we watched yesterday was called Cleanies Soap. It was made by Jakub, Richard and Sebastian. It was an ad about the the best soap in the world. This group definitely used Bandwagon as their advertising technique
